"Austin carefully analyzed the house, explained what they were going to do, and provided a detailed quote. Paul and team installed the new gutters on time and efficiently. Austin came back and reviewed the work with me. They followed up with a few additional tweaks. Gutters seem to be working well during the last few rainfalls."

"My experience was outstanding from start to finish. Premier president Steve Garrison did the estimate and was clear, knowledgeable, straightforward, punctual, and easy to work with. Everything went according to schedule. When it came time for installation, his team was professional, neat, attentive to details, and meticulous. In terms of pricing, the work was fairly priced, and I felt good about the cost when the job was complete. I would highly recommend Premier for any door, window, or siding installation on a home."

"Our salesman, Tanner Cruse is a delightful young man and a very competent sales person who knows his stuff and is so personable when you have him over for the quote, you want to ask him to stay for supper. We were given 2 different siding choices, which he explained the pros and cons of and let us decide. He also suggested we clad the windows and that was a great choice as it finishes off the look. There was no pressure or rush to sign tactics but a friendly I will contact you in s couple of days so you can let us know what you decide. To say we highly recommend this company and sales person is an understatement. There was an issue with the siding because of the covid19 but Tanner kept us updated and when the crew showed up to do the work the worked till after dark the first 2 days and till they finished the 3rd day. Each day they cleaned up and when they completed the job there wasn't a single nail or scrap of anything left. Clean as a whistle. The whole crew was focused on what they had to do but also friendly as we left for work each morning. It was a great experience and we are so happy we chose them. Thanks Guys! Great Job!!! I will use them again for anything else we need and they do. Oh, and our house looks brand new."

"Everything worked like clockwork. My contact Bradley was very communicative, available and understanding throughout the entire process, as were the crew, during the job. I was very happy with the process and the work done, and along the way, each step in the process was fully explained to me. I felt listened to and heard - each person I spoke with accurately addressed my thoughts, concerns and needs. I felt everyone involved in my roof repair, from Bradley, to the office personne,l and the roofing foreman and crew, addressed and fully discussed all my questions and needs, quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. I also felt respected and valued as the homeowner. I appreciate the good care and excellent product I received in exchange for this, which is a major expense for a homeowner."

"Home Genius were punctual, professional, and concise! Jose, the project manager, took care of and answered all my questions or concerns I had about the roof replacement. Jose called the day before with all the details of the job and made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was discussed in the contract. After the job was done, Jose was very quick and communicative with closing out the job and showing me, in detail, how the roof looked and what they installed! I did not feel stressed mainly because Jose was on top of everything that was going on and I really appreciate that. And the clean up job from the crew?? Fantastic job! So great!!"
