"We hired Lucas, owner of OCD Handyman, to do various small jobs on our house since we were planning on putting it on the market. We paid Lucas $25,000. He told us all his work comes with a warranty. He gave us a 3 year warranty on waterproofing a section in the crawl space. Immediately after the job was done it rained and water came in. Lucas told us we should regrade. We let him regrade and paid him additional money. It rained again and water came in again. When we contacted him about the water he gave us many reasons for this. We asked him why we gave him more money if he knew the regrading would not work. He did not have an answer. He also installed a fence which fell apart. He said he would fix the fence and give us a partial refund for the regrading. Several months have passed and he has not repaired the fence or send us back the refund that he promised. Lucas will give you a warranty on his work but it is not worth anything. Lucas worked for us for approximately 3 months straight and we gave him a lot if money because he portrays himself as being a honest person, obviously he is not. If there is a problem with his work he will not fix it. Unfortunately we are going to have to sue him to get our money back. This is not what i wanted to do. Donâ t believe anything he says!!!!"

"We can't express enough our genuine gratitude on the awesome job Mike and Nick did refacing numerous 7 yr. old painted cabinets. Totally unbelievable! They refaced all the kitchen cabinets up to our ceilings. Made legs for our granite kitchen table along with other custom things my husband wanted and refaced a powder room cabinet to the ceiling. The guest bathroom was also refaced. Finally, my bathroom was completely transformed. They added shelves to an enormous to the ceiling quadruple linen closet. I wish you could see all the work they did. They deserve 10 stars and the wait was well worth it--trust me. They were meticulous. Perfection at the highest level!!!! All this work was done in 4 days. Money very well spent and prices very reasonable. We trust and highly recommend them and the company (American Kitchen Refacing Inc.) they are affiliated with. Everyone deserves a promotion plus a bonus for ALL they can do."
