"Overall, went very well. Contractor met with me to carefully insure that he understood what I needed, and to also insure that I knew what materials and services would be provided. Workers arrived on-time, and were courteous. Work was performed in a professional manner, and results looked very good. (My only complaint was that, during the removal of the old tub, plaster dust was kicked up and not contained in the bathroom, resulting in a layer of plaster dust covering all surfaces of the house.) "The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."
