They listened carfully to my requests and proposed a small suggestion, but it turned out very special to my need. It was choice of 54" long instead of 60". It adds space for easy moving in the bathroom. It might have no impact to most people, but is very helpful and special in my situation. "Gerry came enthusiastically recommended to us by a neighbor.  I saw her completed master bathroom and thought it looked well done.  We subsequently had Gerry complete our master bath as well, and are very happy with it.  We had a problem with the shower draining properly, but Gerry came back and worked on it until it was fixed. That level of commitment says a lot about his character.  After having worked with him, we knew we could trust him to make everything right.  He's very concerned that things are done well and that they look great.  He has lots of suggestions for materials, colors, etc.
The hall bath was the second project for which we used Gerry.  We are very happy with the outcome.
Gerry provides a clear contract in writing with cost for all services..  He tells us what materials we will need to provide and by what date.
Most amazing is that Gerry is great with communicating with his customers.  He texts, calls....all in a timely fashion.
We are starting a kitchen renovation in a few weeks, and we are using Gerry to oversee the renovation.   We expect having our kitchen torn apart will be very stressful, but having Gerry around to oversee the work puts our minds to rest."
