"Excellent, as always. They have done SO much work for us over the years - 13 years since I have been here at our condo. "In addition to correcting the shoddy work performed by Basement Flood Protector, since BFP refused to, Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing Solutions, Villa Park, IL, went far above their quote by installing drainboard, dealing with the ejection line and bubble pot -- not part of the job, as well as cutting and removing an old oil tank from another crawlspace and encapsulating the space.  Brian also offered advice on using a Ramset powder actuated nail driver in their concrete, they got me a spray foam kit at cost and dropped it off.  All of that for no extra charge possibly because they seemed to feel bad about my experience with their "competitor", and most of all, they made sure I was comfortable with their work.  I have already contacted them for some new work that is pending, and will do the same if anything else goes wrong with Basement Flood Protector's equipment or work.  I have no expectation that Basement Flood Protector would stand by anything else any more than they already did, and I could do without the abusive rudeness.  Save yourself the cash and hassle.  Call Brian at Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing Solutions first."

"Literally a truckload of dirt and old insulation was removed from a crawlspace under a town house. Openings in the foundation were sealed or covered, the floor was swept clean and the crawlspace walls sprayed with insulating foam. 2-day job in tough conditions and with limited city parking, professionally and efficiently executed, indeed resulting in a perfect crawlspace. "Things were okay.  They were here probably spring of last year April first.  It was like 90 bucks maybe.  I think their price is reasonable compared to others.  The workers were okay.  I think if they would have sent the same person back I think that would have been better because the second person came and almost seemed like that person was not quite aware about what the situation was, either that or they forgot to relay to the second person what the problem was exactly. "

"My husband and I found Donny and his crews to be professional and courteous throughout our dealings with the company. Donny put my mind at ease when he described the way in which the mold would be remediated. He assured me that everything possible would be done to be as minimally intrusive as possible while making sure that the mold was taken care of completely.
When Mike came with a crew to take care of the work they were polite and professional. My father (who has been a carpenter/foreman for 60 years and has worked with all sorts of contractors) was at our home while the work was being done. The crew answered all of his questions and kept him informed on the work that was being done. If my father, with all his experience was impressed, then I know they were professional! The house was left in excellent condition. Luckily the work under the kitchen sink was minor. After Mike took out the bottom of the cabinet and took care of the removal and containment he rebuilt a bottom for the cabinet.  When the work was completed, one of the mold tests (for the crawl) came back positive and Donny sent a crew again to solve the problem. He came out a week later to take another sample, and this one was much better. He also assured us he would like to take one more sample after a couple months just to be sure.
The only reason I gave a lower mark for punctuality was because of a mix up on dates. We were told the crew was coming on a Thursday, but they were not actually scheduled until Friday. 
Overall, we were very pleased with Mastercat and the quality of work done by Donny, Mike, and the crews.
