The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. They made every effort to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We completely changed the color of our floors and it looks as though they were always this color!! The harshest of critics has yet to find something they missed. They were even able to replace planks where a wall once was - there is no way anyone can tell that those pieces of flooring are new to the house. They are true masters of their craft and artists! "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Marcin OF Martin Hardwood Flooring did a fantastic job! The floor looks 100% better then when they were first installed. There were spaces between boards, chips where the finish was gone and lots of dents. the wood came with a very high polish which showed the imperfections and Marcin made the wood look fabulous. He finished the work in two days and we decided to let the finish cure an extra night so on the third day his crew came to lift the stove, rerigerator and table back into the kitchen. His price was the best out of four and if you want someone that does a really great job, he is the person to hire. Doorways, cabinets, and counters were all covered with plastic! I could not have asked for more of anything! Padding rugs were even put down for the temporary placement of my stove and refrigerator in my living room."
