"At the time we bought our house, we knew we’d need a down-to-the-studs renovation on our kitchen and first floor bathroom. After living with the house for quite some time, we finally decided to move the bathroom, incorporate our mudroom as indoor space, and open up our floor plan. We needed design help, significant structural reinforcement, and soup-to-nuts project management: enter the Curtice Group. Scott drew up great plans, created a manageable budget, and helped us to visualize the space from the start. His team created a temporary kitchen in our living room and went to work while allowing us to keep up with our jobs and manage our small child. The result of the renovation was better than we imagined, on time, and on budget. Scott has a small team with a much wider network of subcontractors that want to work with him, because he pays them well and manages everything precisely. The Curtice Group is not cheap, but you don’t get quality work on the cheap. I can’t recommend this team enough. We couldn’t be happier with their work."

"Wallpaper removal = A; plastering = A-; painting: C+. We were disappointed in the overall experience. They were kind enough and their wallpaper removal and plastering was great, really solid—but on the final day, they rushed with the painting to get it done on the original time frame, and while one room was top notch, another was above average, and the bathroom was very sloppy. There was wall paint on our bathroom tiles, vanity, and shower; unsanded/unsmoothed plaster chunks that were just painted right over and were unsightly and lumpy; peeling caulking; parts where the paint was crooked or misaligned with baseboards; paint dribbles on floor and utensils on counter; and they did a poor job cleaning up, with plaster dust everywhere, paint to be cleaned up in the bathroom, and paint and plaster dust in, on, and around our cabinets. One of the crew members’ painting skills was just rushed and poor and it detracted from the others’ skills. By the time the job was over they rushed to get out of the house and did not carefully complete a walkthrough."

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "In short, Rob was phenomenal. We had a pipe that was leaking for quite a while, and black mold and severe water damage in a wall between our bathroom/kitchen had resulted. The water damage also affected the basement ceiling. Yuck! Rob called me back within an hour of my original message to schedule a time to come by for a quote. When he came by for the quote, he stayed for a while to thoughtfully discuss the approach. He put together the quote in a timely manner, and performed the work as scheduled, communicating regularly. He put much thought and care into the work, ensuring it was of the absolute highest quality. He coordinated with many other service providers -- tile, plaster, wallpaper, painter, town inspectors -- and everything came together beautifully. "They were so nice and understood our situation right away. We texted with them at ten pm, and they were in western Mass at ten am, and they drove up here in a snowstorm. They worked so quietly and cleanly I hardly knew they were there. They came back first thing the next day and built a whole new closet for our family. They really went above and beyond, and they’re coming back yet again to finish the job. It looks beautiful. The hall looks twice as wide with the new white doors. They deserve the five stars."

"Duncan Builders LLC I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude to Duncan Builders. On December 19, 2018. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing.
