"Pursuant to a recommendation by a kitchen designer, my wife and I met with Mr. Bachert.  We knew that everything in the kitchen space had to be replaced, including flooring, electrical and lighting, plumbing, appliances, etc.  During the meeting, Mr. Bachert explained to us his recommendations and pricing.  He did not hold back.  We were impressed by his immediate response to our questions and his straightforwardness.  I should note that I have a better than average knowledge in such matters, having remodeled two homes.  My wife and I had no problem with what Mr. Bachert told us about the quality of materials he would use and the workers who would do the various jobs.  He assured us that required official inspections would be done timely as required.
