"Contacted Ohio Basement Authority to diagnose the cause of mildew in the basement corner. Inspector Nick Hatfield was knowledgeable and professional. He informed me of water build-up around my foundation and recommended 3 solutions at different levels of effectiveness and price-points (1500 - 8700). Though I have not yet decided to have work done, I appreciate the information provided."

"Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."

"Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. Our floors are level and stable. They were professional and neat. I would hire them for any basement or foundation issues you wont be sorry! 10 stars to the crew"

"It was not a foundation issue. Chris came and walked through all the locations which would’ve caused the dampness as a part of the free estimation and help me find the issue."

"In all of the 24 years that we've lived in our home, our sump pump never kicked on. We just assumed that it was because it didn't have to because our property is on a hill, but it turns out that it was rusted solid. Also, the water pipes from the downspouts on the west side of the house to the street were clogged with soil and/or roots, and were not draining rain water underground to the street's gutter efficiently, so in a heavy downpour, the excess water was seeping through the concrete blocks of our foundation on that side of the house. Luckily, we discovered water on the floor in our basement before it got to be a major problem, and we scheduled a crew from Stay Dry Waterproofing to install a new sump pump and all new PVC pipes underground. They showed up on Monday morning as promised, and spent several hours tunneling under the mulch beds next to our house and down the hill, and then UNDER the sidewalk to the gutter. They did a good job by returning the top soil dirt back into the trench and the sod back in place. They did poke a small hole in the plastic window well cover with a shovel, but it's no big deal (we sealed it with duct tape, and big flowerpots will cover it in the summer). Joe Basham was very polite & friendly, and he and his crew did an excellent job!"

"We thought we needed foundation work. They not only told us that was incorrect. They directed us to a structural engineer who would be able to help us. No charge. Most appreciated."

"I called the company for concrete work but they do restoration only. They were very polite and professional on the phone and took the time to hear my project needs. Too bad they don't do the work I needed, would have been a pleasure to work with them. Since they were so quick to respond I will keep their info in my business folder. <br />"

"I originally had a popular basement company who I picked based off how well known they are and their reliability, won’t be making that mistake again. After a costly repair that had to be removed based off an improper install with only getting 70% refund, Buckeye Solutions were understanding with my financial limitations at this point. Honest, hardworking company whose not going to price gauge you. Will only recommend what’s needed for foundation repair and not working for commissions like other big named basement companies. Buckeye solutions is locally owned without the big company sticker price. Will def be using Buckeye Solutions again! These guys were fantastic."

"work done on schedule and looks pretty good. I need some follow up work done by someone else to repair the concrete along the edges (not related to Dwyer work) and fill in/seal the space between the patio and the wall. The drill holes were a little larger than I anticipated but not a big deal."
