He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns since I have a pet and was worried about the spray making him sick. While spraying for the mosquitoes, Zak noticed some troubling wood around my deck and outer house that was evidence of termites. The best part was that he wasnâ t pushy at all but simply wanted to inform me of the termites and my options. There were no scare tactics to try and get me to buy more services like other places do. I hired him again to treat for termites and he came back promptly to set the traps. Great family owned and friendly company that I will use for all my future pest control needs."

Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"This provider received a rating of 5 from me for bed bug treatment in 2015. When we discovered bed bugs last month, we decided to use them again. In the interim, ABES had been bought by OPC Pest Services. This time, we were first introduced to Kemuel, whose job was obviously to sell us. He left us under the impression that the treatment would be comparable to what we received in 2015, though the cost was to be $750. compared to $325. He led us to believe that we would have to leave for a few hours after the treatment to avoid breathing the fumes from the pesticide. The great news was that it could be done today. He left us with his phone number, in case we had any further concerns. A short time later, the technician Brock appeared with his approximately 1-gallon sprayer filled with Sterifab (Isopropyl Alcohol).
