"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Two years ago we had Handyman Connection come out to fix a leaking door and rotten subfloor, we are now renovating and when we pulled up the floor we found rotten subfloor left behind. It’s so rotten i can poke my finger through it with no effort. There is even rotten floor that was cut up, and nailed back down. Water also continues to leak through the top of the door. I’m now being told that they are happy with this quality of work and because we had our deck lowered and the flashing redone that is the reason for rotten floor. This is not two years of water damage, this is obviously rotten floor that was left behind. Ultimately I would like a refund for labor and the cost of one sheet of plywood subfloor but was told it is no longer under warranty and they will not be doing anything to remedy this. It is disappointing that as new and first time homeowners we went out of our way to support a local company and now less then two years later I have to have all the work redone."
