"I had a great experience with Perfection Metals and would recommend using this company. Not only were they offering a lifetime/transferable warranty, but the price was great. I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Garage Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. He made sure to take care of it right away and continued to check with me on the process to make sure i was happy. Love the new roof and especially love that there is no more water pouring down inside when it rains. Update: I have just had the roof on my house replaced. It was even a better experience than the garage. It looks great and every single person I dealt with at the company was once again polite, professional, understanding, and reliable. "I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to work with this company. We signed a contract with TnT Roofing and Restoration to redo our roof on July 30 and it has not been done as of 10/7. We cut them a check of $7k for a down payment and they cashed it within an hour of us meeting with them. We have been the ones following up with them on a weekly basis, trying to see when they will be replacing our roof and they continue to say; two weeks, next week, end of the month… here we are 10 weeks later and no roof and internal water damage to our home. They are now not returning or answering our calls/ text."
