"I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Fence Works team. From the very beginning Matt was extremely responsive. He called me promptly, and then made it out to my house two days after I requested an estimate. After the initial estimate, I ran into some delays getting the project approved by my HOA. Matt and his team were ready to go, but unfortunately my HOA was not. Matt even came out and re-measured a second time due to some changes. The delays put me on a very tight timeline due to an extended trip necessary for work, and the HOA finally gave me approval only five days before I was supposed to leave. Matt had his team out to my house two days later, and my fence complete two days after that. They bent over backwards to make sure the project was complete before I had to leave. And even with the time crunch, the work they did was perfect. Matt's team leader once installation began was Mike. Mike took time to explain everything to me, and made sure to check with me if any questions arose. He even took the time to put some extra wood at the bottom of my fence near a low drainage area so my dogs wouldn't dig under it and escape! This was the best experience that I could have hoped for, even with the speedbumps that arose. My fence project could have very easily become a giant hassle that my wife would have had to deal with while I was out of town, but Matt and the Fence Works team made sure that didn't happen.
