"We have a flat EPDM roof over our family room that had a leak and was nearing the end of its effective life. In speaking with several companies, we learned that only some of them make repairs to EPDM roofs and fewer companies actually replace them. We chose American Craftsmen and could not have been happier with their service. This is a company that not only answers their phone, but is happy to answer your questions and is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. When they had something to check on, they got back to you in a timely manner. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. "Mike and Beth were easy to work with and accommodating of my schedule. Their crew was very polite, stayed on the job, and even worked past their normal work day hours, after asking me if it would be okay. The roof looks great and they cleaned up behind them selves and were very careful to not damage planting, etc. around the house. I consulted another roofer, but Triangle had the best price for the same shingles and work. I had consulted them after receiving several recommendations from my neighbors and would recommend them myself."

"Marcelo was very professional and helpful, he did great work and was knowledgeable about my roof. Will definitely call him again when I have another issue! Thank you!"

"One of the things about William Hartman is he is immensely professional. He has a wealth of knowledge, but also has gumption and a get-the-job-done attitude. For this job, he used Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles. They look great and offer a host of benefits. Scheduling was easy for both the estimate and the installation. William went over the different options and materials and the pros and cons of them. I was at work for most of the installation, but when I came back, there was a new roof on with no debris in the yard and no damage to my outside items. Everything was how I left it, except there was a new roof."

"From the first moment Christian Gladwell, 0peration Manager, came to inspect the roof unil the last minute of the job, everything went like strategic clockwork. He was highly organized from the Work Order he presented to us on the onset of the job until the Completion Certificate at the end of the job. He actually finished ahead of the projected time. We are highly pleased and thankful for the fantastic, wonderful job that Christian and his crew exemplified."

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"Very satisfied with the results. Work went fast and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. 4 years after installation we have no issues with the roof."

"John does a great job and provides a quality product and competitive pricing. I had new gutters put on and they look great. I highly recommend going with Got Gutters."
