"It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"

"I chose Kitchen Concepts because of the good reviews on Angie’s List and because Dave Warren was able to show through computer assisted drawings what the kitchen would look like under different scenarios given the existing dimensions of the kitchen. Dave provided the cabinets and countertops but the remodel work was performed by Ed and his crew, who Dave has associated with for years. The kitchen turned out well, with new flooring, appliances, cabinets with soft close hinges, and beautiful quartz countertops. It was a huge improvement for a kitchen that had not been remodeled in 20 years. Based on the good results on the kitchen, I contracted them to remodel the rest of the house, which meant remodeling three bathrooms, updating a living room, five bedrooms, a family room, entryway, stairway, and hall. It also involved a structural change in moving the entryway closet to an otherwise unused space under the stairwell, freeing up space to enlarge the master bathroom. There is new flooring in all areas of the house. The bathrooms and all parts of the house look beautiful. I especially like the new doors, door frames, and molding throughout the house. Working with Dave and Ed was great, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work."

They also installed flooring in our bedroom and closet. Installed a beautiful wider frame door and cement ramp to entry way. We could not be happier with the end result. "John and Brian of JAW Construction did a complete interior refresh of our mid 1970’s split entry ranch house. They removed two walls to open up the main living area, added two new windows to allow more natural light in and installed new lighting throughout. All the flooring was replaced with hard wood upstairs and LTV downstairs. They replaced every door along with all the trim in the house. They installed a completely new custom kitchen, remodeled both bathrooms, laundry room and added a wet bar area as well as resurfacing two fireplaces. In short they touched every surface inside our house. John, Brain and all of their subs were easy to work with, professional and helpful throughout the 3 month construction project. They were able to work around the inherent flaws of an older house and were accommodating went we changed our minds and asked for changes. They really did work to fulfill our vision for the house. We are very happy with the fit, finish and overall quality of their work and would highly recommend JAW Construction."
