They came on time they came when they said they would and that's a big deal when you're working with a contractor. They cleaned up everyday on their way out The house never looked crazy or in shambles. "It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"

"Started out well. Job started earlier than originally planned which was fine. Paid a third down to start job with understanding that rest would be paid in full upon completion. Everything was going fine until near the end of the job. After shower fixtures were installed I noticed they were the wrong finish from what we agreed on for the estimate. Took a week for Joel to reorder & replace. When the frameless glass shower panel was going in, the installer realized it was the wrong size, and had to be redone. The grout on the stone shower floor was very sloppily applied. Bits of dried grit are stuck on the stones. Before job was finished Joel was asking for full payment as he was running tight of money. I insisted on paying him in full only when job was complete. He wasn't very happy. Overall, the tile shower walls & bathroom floor tile look great. I only wish there had been more attention paid to the other details."
