Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door. Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost. Our quote only went up from what was originally estimated because we made changes to materials and processes. Hiccups: Unfortunately, not everything went perfectly. After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great."

"Eugene was very prompt with contacting us to look over the job and give a quote. The job was done beautifully by his two floor refinishers and they took a total of four days from start to finish. Eugene recommended the correct finish for the oak floors which complimented the oak hardwood steps that were not refinished. "Almost 20 years ago in 2001 we hired Peter Schraner and Pacific Northwest Cabinetry. What was supposed to be a kitchen remodel with new cabinets turned into a gut of the entire house due to bad wiring. Peter took on the project, did an amazing job with his wonderful staff and subs. Everything was top notch and expertly done. The job has withstood the test of time, and our house still looks great hardly needing any updates or work done on it 20 years later. On the rare occasion that a cabinet door hinge snaps or something on that order breaks, Peter and his friendly staff respond quickly and within a week the cupboard or hinge is fixed. Peter and his team are incredibly trustworthy and reliable. Their work is always top notch. We love doing business with them.
