"It was early to mid-afternoon, I had turned the water main off so was without water, had localized where the problem was and even had parts - I just needed help. Going down Angie's List, I called several plumbers in the area, left messages with some (which, to date, were never returned) and others told me it would be 'the next afternoon.' I then called Moretto's. I again explained the situation (I'm sure by this point I was sounding pretty frantic and down-beaten) and Jack said 'we're on our way.' They arrived in 90 minutes and had rescheduled the remainder of their day's 'non-critical' jobs to come fix my issue so I wouldn't be left without water! As it turned out, I did not have all the parts necessary, and they didn't have what they needed with them. They went to our local hardware store, were back with everything required and had the leak completely repaired in good time. They even, upon my request, checked the rest of the exposed plumbing for leaks and stressed that I call them if I ever needed any other plumbing assistance. The bill was extraordinarily reasonable, they were very professional, and I felt confident in their work. I'll most definitely be calling them again."

"they were very professonial. Came in looked at what all I need done, told me they would write up estimate and let me decide just what all I wanted done. Once I decided they would start to work. They were very neat and kept everything clean. Couldn't ask for better service.  Explained every thing they were doing as they went along.  The ring in the kitchen sink had started to leak once you pulled the plug. They replaced it with a new one.  The ice maker wasn't getting enought water to it from the conection, so they had to replace the fitting that went to the water supply with a better one. The one that was on it, was one of the cheap (do it yourself) tap into the water supply.  I will use the again. <br />"

"Alan came out got to work right away, unstopped the line. It took a while because my house is so old and we weren't sure which way the sewer ran. Once he figured it out, it went faster and he unstopped the line. By the way I had another plumber come out (Randy's) and the guy didn't know either which way the pipes ran but difference is Alan stayed with it, the other guy told me my line was broke - didn't run a camera or anything but was pulling out mud therefore - broken pipe. Anyway back to Mr Rooter (Shur Flow) <br /> He came back the next week, dug all around and under the pipe, replaced with new -clamped on to the old with boot like connectors - put in new clean out- ran into a new problem here, where he had to clamp onto broke so he had to get a new part and replace that (added cost) he explained it all to me before it happened, said it was possible and so I was prepared for it, he put it all together, covered it all back up and smooted the dirt all out evenly and wala --- job done."
