"I have no existing system. I know nothing about security systems. I thought I wanted a 5 - 6 camera outdoor surveillance system. I called William and discussed options. I was quoted a reasonable price and William was very knowledgeable and professional. We scheduled install and all went very well. There were two issues with camera placement due to my vaulted ceiling and wiring concerns. We were able to move those cameras to a different location and the visual coverage is adequate. After install I checked the cameras. First of all this is looks to be commercial grade very fine quality cameras and equipment. My friend said "this is better than the system I have at work". I paid attention to the picture quality during transition from daytime to night. These cameras look amazing at night as well as all day. I am impressed with the equipment and staff. "Chris called in advance to let me know he was on the way to the appointment 11-7-24 arrived on time. He installed the security system that I had purchased from Home Depot which included 2 cameras and a video doorbell. The cameras were installed out side, 1 in the front near the top of the garage & the other on the upper patio wall on the back porch. After each camera was installed & after I had down loaded the app for the video doorbell & cameras, I could see very clearly the front door entrance, the driveway & entrance of patio sliding glass door. The installer, Chris showed me each step he took to install the security system. He was patient with me when he asked me to go to the app store to down load the app so the security system could be installed. After he installed the security system, he tested it with me showing me the features how they worked. The price was reasonable for the 2 hr. installation."
