"David was hired to refinished my Bamboo flooring in the second story of my condo. David took hours to sand and prep the flooring, taking time to insure the surface was smooth and even. He used both a heavy duty floor sander and then went over the surface by hand. All area were perfect, including under cabinets, edges by wall moldings, and most important the stairs. He stained the wood with a natural color stain, prior to finishing, to seal the wood. He completed the job with two coats of finish. The job was free of any swirls or bubbles. I highly recommend David for all you floor refinishing needs."

"Got approx. quote over telephone on Tuesday. Based on my measurement of 481 sq ft he said cost would be between $250 and $295. That seemed reasonable so I scheduled work for Thursday afternoon (two days later). He was 10 minutes early for 4PM appt. I had already cleared most of the furniture from the area, but he and I together moved the few remaining heavier items. He put paper down to protect the wood floor he needed to cross with his machines and hoses. 15 minutes to set up, then about 1hr 45 minutes of cleaning, and a few minutes to hand clean one rust-stained tile. After inspection by me, my approval, we moved furniture back. (Floor was already dry because of the nature of his machine plus A/C and fan on). Paid David his charge of $275.
Floor looks great. I'll probably repeat with him annually.
