"First of all, what i'm about to tell you about my experience with this company for me was unbelievable but truly a blessing. The company owner came out to access the damage. He was on time, honest and very professional. It turned out that my damage wasn't much of a job. All I needed was a few panels replaced. The owner told me that he had some extra panels that I can have and that he new someone that would fix the fence for me. I asked him how much he charge for the panels. He said "I'm not charging you anything." I didn't think that i was going to hear from him again, but he contacted me like he said he would. He talked to his friend...his friend contacted me within a day my fence was repaired. Stand Strong Fencing have been a blessing to me. If you're looking for a honest, trustworthy and professional Fencing company to newly install or repair your fence i strongly recommend this company. "I don't usually write reviews, but because of the great job they did, had to write one for Family Fence. From the very first call, they were professional, appreciated our interest in their business and quickly scheduled a free estimate. When they came out, they answered every one of our million questions and didn't make us feel like we're were picky or difficult to work with. They gave us a very competitive quote. Then, after we changed everything about the design and size and placement, quickly updated the quote and sent it out. When it came to installation, and we had 100 more questions, they answered them all and took the time to explain. They installed it in a half of day. The fence looks perfect. We couldn't be happier. "Golden Eagle was amazing! Between steve and the awesome install team everyone was amazing and super professional. Steve came out and was great with walking us through the process and drawing up a plan that we loved. The install team took 1 day for tear down of our old fence and install of the new one. They were super proficient and professional. They paid attention to the size of my dogs and to make sure they couldn’t get out of any gaps. They went above and beyond. "Beware!! This company put a fence in for me and I'm not really impressed for the 1000's of dollars that I spent. I live out of state therefore wasn't there for install. Come to find out once in town that gate is messed up and will hardly open cause when they put hinge on they split the 4x4 therfore it's shifted. Also needed assistance after the hurricane with fixing fence. At first they said they would go check it out in 2 weeks.. The receptionist said they would reach out within 2 weeks. Waited a month and reached out to them again due to not hearing and again they said it would be a couple weeks. Again I never heard from them. Fast forward 2.5 months I called back again and Mr Bill got on the phone and said that he would be out and gave me a day he would be there. When I called to confirm the day they were supposed to be there they canceled.. Nothing but frustration has come from using this company.. so as stated before Beware Usually do not post negative reviews but this company is ridiculous.."
