"Our 10-year old garage door failed to close after one of the tension cables let go.  The powered garage door opener pushed the door down far enough that the track was bent on one side and the door panels were out of alignment.  One of the rollers popped out and the bracket that secured the track to the wall pulled out of the wall. <br /> I called Garage Door Specialists and they dispatched a technician within half an hour.  He arrived, asked about the situation, looked at the broken door and track, and quoted it.  I agreed to the price, and he went to work.  He untangled the loose cables, re-threaded them, loosened and re-tensioned the springs, and had the door back in the track within thirty minutes.  He then straightened the track that had pulled out from the wall and used longer bolts than the originals to secure it.  Finally, he lubricated all of the moving parts and tested the door. <br /> It is now working more smoothly and quietly than before it broke.  The repair was accomplished quickly, professionally, and properly within a couple of hours from the time I called.  The price paid was the price quoted.  We're quite happy with this company and would use them again. <br />"

"In under 2 weeks they made my bathroom go from a gross ugly old bathroom to a look like a new, clean and beautiful one. They did a great job. I did however find a chemical stain on my hardwood floor in my entrance when they left. I didnt know that they noticed it and Instead of calling them, I tried to clean the stain and after failing at that and making the stain worse I called and chewed them out "Un warranted of course as they didnt deserve it" and literally not even about 2 or 3 minutes after my call into their office I received a call back and just like that we arraigned the time for them to come out and look at it including the damage i ended up causing by not calling them first. So sincere and literally all they wanted to know was how and when they can help and thats just what they did. Stain is gone and the bathroom at every angle is beautiful and yes FLAWLESS. I promised if ever again I would notify them first before trying to fix myself, I really made it worst. They were so accommodating and didnt charge for the damage I ended up causing. Their work and their customer service is FANTASTIC! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Companies that stand by you when something goes wrong and you act like a jerk about it are very rare."

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."
