"I'm very sad this didn't work out. This is my first time hiring a professional cleaner, and I was hoping for better. I paid $275 for a basic cleaning after moving out. I asked specifically if they vacuum. Julianne assured me they did. They did fine on the bathrooms, and did the best they could on the wood and laminate floors. However, when I went to steam clean the carpet, I I had a great deal of dust and hair left on the carpeting. My first impulse was to give them the benefit of the doubt, and thought they had an awfully weak vacuum. But then, I realized there was no vacuum patterns in the carpet. The dust and hair clogged up my steam cleaner. I'm very disappointed, and cannot recommend."

"David did a fantastic job. I initially contacted him to schedule a house cleaning before an event at our home. Our schedules conflicted so he wasn’t able to do a cleaning but he called after the event to see if I needed any help with the clean up. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and his attention to detail."

"JOSE IS NOT LICENSED. I don’t know if he’s operating under someone else’s license. Although his price was cheaper than competitors you get what you pay for & since he does not have a license if someone gets hurt on your property, you would liable for their expenses. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. The grass looks great. HOWEVER, one section died shortly after. Jose blamed my irrigation guy, but he had adjusted my sprinklers and informed me and my dad that I had great coverage and there wouldn’t be any issues prior to the grass dying. Also, the day he showed up he didn’t have enough sod, which was odd. So he came back for a 2nd day and charged me for the additional sod. Jose frequently rescheduled on me, which is very unprofessional. I was the one calling to ask if he’d come & he would give excuses like he had issues with his truck or wrapped up with other clients. A professional company would be great with time management and schedule clients without conflicts. In addition, he never returned to replace the grass that has died nor treat my lawn for weeds. So clearly he doesn’t care if he loses a client. The grass grew so much because I was waiting for him to treat the grass before I mowed it. I left it at that and will no longer be working with him. I would NOT hire Jose nor would I recommend him based on his unprofessional work ethic. Yes, overall the grass looks great, but there are minor issues with it and his unprofessional work ethic makes him extremely unreliable. I could not trust that he would should up when he said he would and that’s an inconvenience when you work all day and either take off or have family come out and he still no shows."

"First I have to say that my house is very disorganized and really needed cleaning.  This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" for 3 hours of deep housecleaning.  I knew that not all of my house could be cleaned in that time because of the condition.  So, I had her clean my two upstairs bathrooms and the kitchen (mainly cleaning the blinds over the kitchen sink).
The person who did the cleaning was not the owner (I can't remember her name now).
She did a decent job cleaning and was on time.  However, I gave it a "B" because she didn't put things back afterwards (the window topper was still pushed up over the rod out of the way; stuff that was on the bathroom counter was on the floor).
I am undecided as to whether I would use this service again.

"It started out in September 2015 under very negative circumstances because there was a separation from my husband who had done my first website and did all my online work. So, I was basically a "basket case". I had read the reviews on Angie's list a year ago and decided for this company, but didn't go ahead with anything. I anticipated lots of work. When I was finally forced to do this because of circumstances, all I could do was contact Samantha and tell her my situation. She was very compassionate and nice. She sent me a contract with a price of which the technical details I didn't understand and do not to this day. I paid her half the money in advance and prayed it would work out fine. I didn't have any energy to even think about the site as I was grieving and dealing with other problems. So, I was happy when I didn't hear from her for several months. (I am sure she would have done it sooner if I had contacted her, but I was busy trying to deal with everything else, house, garden, repairs, business, emotions). When she sent me a design, it was just about the right time for me to be able to look at it and get myself going for this task. So, from then on we worked in stages of her presenting her work and me telling her if I liked it or what changes I wanted. And then in between were long stretches of me working on the test site given to me. It gave me confidence that I could work on my own website quite easily. The longer it went, with me doing pictures of our products, putting in the prices and descriptions, the more satisfied I was. My old website stayed in place and active during the work because it took from September 2015 to January 2016 to finish. She noted that I am a perfectionist and I was probably taking the longest time of all customers to complete this task. So, I agreed to pay her monthly hosting fees for her test site and was happy we always found a way to work together. In the end, I am truly HAPPY, THRILLED and SATISFIED (despite long hours of work, often until 2 am, as I had to do this after my normal business work) about this new site. My husband had come back in the meantime, because I worked not only on my website but also on our marriage, so there is a DOUBLE HAPPY ENDING in this story and review, yeah!!!! Samantha and Brian kept all their promises and worked with me and my ideas down to some very tiny details. I am really grateful for her work and how she does it."

He showed up right on time and performed our install in the time he stated (1-2 hours) for the exact amount he quoted us in his email. He was professional, clean, and friendly.
