"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. "Overall great job.  Answered my questions about up-charges beyond standard colors before purchase.  They made an appointment after we purchased the deal and came out and confirmed size and color (which ended up being a really close match to the rest of the house).  They then came back and Installed a new granite countertop and back splash in our office.  They were very conscientious about our back wall not being completely straight and asked about it before installing the back splash.  Job looks great and really finished off the new cabinets in our office.

"We had Alfie as our project manager and Alfie did an outstanding job. His way of treating us as customers was top notch. He always made time to speak with us and always called back as soon as he could when we had a question or concern. He went to great lengths to make us happy - finding just the right solid wood door or finding the right Carrera stone to make our soap dish area. His workers, Luis and Mingo, were so considerate, neat, and trustworthy. We felt absolutely no hesitation leaving them to work alone in our house and they were attentive to keeping things as clean as possible in the house. The bathroom turned out fantastic! It's even more beautiful than I could have imagined that it would turn out. The workmanship, particularly with the tile, is incredible. Our only difficulty occurred with the electrical subcontractor who worked on the project. Some things weren't done the way we wanted them initially. But when we talked with Alfie about it, he was always able to get the workers to fix things and change them to our satisfaction. Alfie was always professional, courteous, and constantly focused on satisfying us as customers. He is outstanding in this way."
