"Hired to repair (February 2023) on a roof a tree fell onto. Didn't start until about mid-april. Was told they got permits...they did not. Was told they were licensed in Frankfort...they were not. Paid $15,500 to start. Estimate was at $63,000+ then lowered to around $36,000+after found out that was about what the insurance would pay for. Had to personally supervise their employees who spoke no English or very little. Had to clean up afterwards daily (when they did show up). Promise after promise. Still waiting on vent for gable end to be installed... haven't heard anything from them in months...which was supposed to have been completed and just needed painting six months or more. Then later told it still had to be built. Been left in dark for past four months. No phone calls. When I did call them to find out info on progress...one excuse after another. It's been a headache from the start. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND them!"

"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. Our former neighbor, Ben F, drove by one day, and seeing me in the yard cleaning up, he stopped by to check in with us. Ben listened empathetically. He told us he had started to work for Craftsmen and asked us if we wanted him to give us an estimate.
