"Phillip and his team did an extraordinary job (in the middle of a pandemic!) converting our basement into a beautiful and useable office space. He helped us select a carpet in a width that would not show an obvious seam (something we would not have thought of) and that ultimately made the space brighter. He is a perfectionist when it comes to detail work such as painting, wallpapering, and trim-- he even fixed the light at the top of our stairs, which needed replacing. We can't recommend Perfect Circle highly enough and hope to be fortunate enough to hire them again."

"Philip, Ivan, and Antino painted my stairway walls and master bedroom to include all the trim. They did it all in one day. The coverage was perfect with no prior color bleeding through. They cleaned and swept after. The paint job is absolute perfection. I highly recommend this crew. They do quality professional painting as stated in the name of their business. Tremendously pleased and the price was reasonable. I will always hire this crew for my home."

"They do great work for a fair price. Theyve replaced flooring, installed a completely new kitchen, done plumbing, insulation, installed two new showers, installed a new double door, built two new porches (one screened), poured sidewalks, built a carport into our garage, painted our roofs and garage, and other miscellaneous maintenance. We have been using them for about four years and will continue to hire them for all of our remodeling/maintenance work in the future."

"These guys did a great job. They were prompt and kept me up to date on what was happening. Very professional and respectful. Will for sure hire again if I need another project done."

"Jason and his crew did an outstanding job on our room addition (sunroom). People we know commented on Jason's excellent craftsmanship. In addition, Jason was always open to our feedback and displayed excellent customer service. We are very happy with the finished work and we would highly recommend Moreland Homes!"

"I was grateful that they were willing to take on a small job of finishing some deck work. Kyle was professional and efficient in getting the work done. . I am very pleased with the work and look forward to calling on them again when needs arise."

"We recently had some water damage so without hesitation we called Cody whom we have used for several projects over the past few years. We are always extremely happy with Codyâ s work wether it be be drywall, painting, roofing etc. He is very reliable, honest and hard working. We would highly recommend using Marins Construction for any project you have. Top notch work!"
