Payments are made in a progress format, so you can see the work along the way and the final payment is not due until the work is complete! Jordan is also very thorough, he took the time to walk the property with me on day 1 and we spent over an hour going over all the small/ odd ball things I needed done. He then took the time to create a well thought out and all encompassing cost estimate for me.
