The reason for the comment is I want to recommend their wax coat at an added cost. They told me it would reduce the build up of mildew on my vinyl siding. The largest services area of my house is in shade and I always have had issues with mildew. It is now a year later and there is still no mildew build up, none. It still looks great. Sorry I wonâ t be needing my house power washed this year."
