They came out again and provided a timely response with a revised estimate. Summerland Gutters on-site staff provided me with information about how and where the gutters were becoming clogged. The paint on the new fascia matched the older fascia boards. They also let me know that the fascia that had to be replaced was made of PVC. They let me know that the flashing and the siding boards were in good shape.
