"UPDATE: I have modified the rating based on the following. Their Customer Service contacted me and understood what went wrong with the initial service call. Mr Rooter refunded the call out fee. While I cannot judge their plumbing services, I can say that their customer service is great. Very responsive and understanding. Original review: I asked for someone to repair an outdoor spa heater. I spoke with the scheduler and specifically told them this was a Rheem 156 outdoor pool heater. And I was told all the details were in the system. The tech did not know about my requirements, and was not familiar with an outdoor spa heater. Did no tell me anything I did not already know. Wasted $125 call out fee."

"I hired them for some spray foam, but once they got into the space, they discovered that the work that they needed to do didn't need to get done. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. If I need some work done on the foundation or attic, I will most certainly work with them again. They are courteous, communicative, and provide excellent service. Simon was fantastic to work with."

"A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Tyler advised us extremely well, spent a lot of time answering our questions and sharing his extensive professional knowledge with us even on a Saturday evening. He made us feel 100% supported and understood. And he even managed to schedule the replacement before the end of 2024 in order for us to get a consequent tax rebate. Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.) We could not be happier with SwiftPro's team and are very grateful to have found them. We cannot recommend them enough."

"Excellent - within 15 minutes of initial call at 8:30 on Sunday morning, I had an estimate. By 1:00pm the work was done and everything was back to normal. Clean and professional. They placed drop cloths and took great care of our home. They cleaned up completely after the job was done. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but I was willing to pay a bit more to have the work done promptly on Sunday, rather than waiting until sometime Monday for another contractor. The Job was a replacement of a 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater, including removal and disposal of the old unit."

"Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

"The company did a great job!"

"Very expensive. Over $300 to replace a faucet valve. However, problem was identified and repaired quickly so no complaints about abilities."
