"Rafal and his crew replaced the roof in November, 2025. Also installed solar roof vents. The replacement was done in 3 days. Rafal is very professional and helpful. He pulled the permit and made sure all the gardens at the house were protected. The roof has many different peaks and valleys so I was surprised it only took 3 days. Rafal made sure all the new building codes were followed and everything was taken off the roof down to the plywood. He checked the plywood to make sure none of it had to be replaced. "My experience was excellent. Jhon Pachar was the first contractor to contact me from Angie's list and was local. Came out the next morning and made the repair, and also inspected the roof for any possible future problems. He found another loose shingle and sealed it down so wind to get under it and rip it off like what happened tonthe shingles he replaced for me.
