"We are in the middle of a first floor remodel, which I think is more relevant than a review done at the end of the project when everything is new and shiny, because we are really in the thick of it right now. He says he s not a designer, but he flips house on the side and the houses he flips are GORGEOUS. He s like Chip and Joanna Gaines rolled into one with a contemporary eye, but he can work with any style. He really knows his stuff inside and out from demolition to framing, installation, design, you name it!
