"From start to finish, our experience with Kitchen Crafters was nothing short of outstanding.  We coordinated with part owner Dominic who was available throughout the process; he was always patient, helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.  Dominic met with us and helped us choose all of the fixtures and was always upfront about available upgrades and pricing . Once the project started, the work was done quickly and professionally with care taken every step of the way to minimize disruption to our lives and reduce the spread of dust and debris from demolition.  The project was completed on time and within budget.  It should also be noted several weeks after the project was completed a drain component of one of the new bathroom sinks failed, causing a minor flood in the bathroom.  Thanks to the thoughtfullness of Dominic who had suggested we have quarter turn water shut-off valves installed under each sink, we were able to quickly turn off the water and avoid any significant damage.  At the time of the incident, upon texting Dominic he called us within 10 minutes even though it was about 9:30 PM; he coordinated for a plumber to come out within several days to fix the problem free of charge.  In summary, if you are looking for kitchen and/or bathroom renovation, whether the job is large or small, stop looking and call Kitchen Crafters and arrange to talk with Dominic and get an estimate; YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! "The team and installer (Bob) did sensational work on our small shower project. We left many of design decisions to the team and the work turned out really impressive. The crew was very tidy and did a nice job post project cleanup. We will be using them again for our new house and some projects there. They even finished some of the drywall in the surround that was not part of the scope. Nice touch."
