"No problems with the quality of the work or the time it took, but it was surprisingly expensive. So much so that I almost regretted having the work done. The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"I liked them a lot. I will use them again. Their price was better than the guy that I have used for years. I picked them because I thought the price was reasonable for what they do. They could do a new process that my regular guy couldn't do. They could borrow under my driveway. They did a very good job. Everything these days is too high. That always has a bearing. I had several estimates and I picked them because I thought for what they could do the price was in my price range and acceptable. All of this happened in the spring, so if there are any problems, I don't know about them yet. The first guys that came out had me wound up a little bit because they said something to to the effect that the other guys might not come out the next day. I only had one day to do it and they had to be here at a certain time or I wasn't going to be here. As it turned out, the guys came on time and everything was peachy. Most of them were good, but that one guy had me going. The first day they excavated. There were two guys there the first day and two guys the next day. It took two day because of all they were doing. They left the area as clean as could be because they had to leave a big mountain of dirt there for it to settle back down into a huge over 6' hole that they had to dig in the driveway and sidewalk. They did a good job for however they could finish it up. I think they did a good job and professional, except for the one guy's comment on the first day. It was just his choice of words that freaked me out because this was a big deal for me. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were able to answer any questions. The second day the guy did his job quietly and I hopefully they did a good job. One doesn't know yet. They were reasonably priced for the service."
