Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

Derek and his wife Christine and their fabulous hard working team arrived on time each day, barely took breaks, worked after dark in New Hampshire's late fall, all the while removing the existing roof and replacing it, as well a repairing things along the way. Two chimneys were re leaded, three skylights replaced, rotted facias and soffits removed and replaced as needed. Everything efficiently hauled away in a dumpster. The shrubbery was protected with tarps, any stray nails were removed. Lots of attention to detail, excellent communication, prompt answers. Highly recommended!"

"Mel and his crew completed my roof yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The new roof looks amazing and I feel so much better knowing that the underlayment is water tight and the shingles are the best money can buy. Mel was not the cheapest option, but his offer contained more value than any of the other three offers I received. He was the only contractor to give me a full breakdown of the costs and allowed options that were flexible. For the record I did everything he suggested because of the added value to the contract. When the crew was done roofing they spent another hour cleaning up and making double sure that all of the nails were gone. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"
