DON'T REPLACE, REFACE! we have found that almost 90 percent of existing deck have a solid sub structure because the sun doesn't get to it, the deck boards protect it. We can come in and inspect the sub structure and guarantee the substructure in writing and install new deck boards and railings, giving you a brand new deck for less than half the cost of a completely new deck, in fact, doing it this way most people can do a really nice composite deck and railings for the cost a of a complete pressure treated deck. He showed up on time and began working immediately. The entire job was finished in a day and a half. The deck looks great and Len cleaned up all the old material and disposed it. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
