"Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"

After looking at the rest of the work that needed doing and talking to Nilson at DNS Construction we opted for a complete strip down and rebuild of a large and a small porch. It was the best decision made. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. They installed trex decking and stairs, vinyl clad railings and posts and azek trim with vinyl lattice. The crew was meticulous on details and great to deal with. I now have curb appeal I'm proud of and upkeep is basically just hosing it down. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing porch/deck work. Originally I was just going to change over the front porch railings and post from wood to vinyl clad.. They use quality materials from lumbers not from HD or Lowe?s which are less quality. Whatever they promise they will do it. And the job is done right on the schedule. "From beginning to end, it was a great experience -- surprisingly great, in fact.  Our garage was getting old, and we were trying to figure out what do do about it.  We invited Mr. Harris out to our house and -- surprise # 1 -- he seemed far more interested in helping us figure out what actually needed to be done than in talking us into hiring him.  We agreed that the roof needed replacing, but -- surprise # 2 -- he didn't want a materials deposit until he could give us a firm start date.  He estimated that he could get to it in about four weeks but -- surprise # 3 -- actually got to it much earlier than that.  He gave us a start date and -- surprise # 4 -- the crew showed up and did the work on the promised day.  And the roof looks just terrific -- which, after surprises 1-4 -- really wasn't a surprise at all!  We've already hired him for a number of other projects and can't say enough good about his work & his service!!!!!!"
