"Every spring my sewer line backs up. I decided to call Greenwood this year to have them clean it. They sent a guy named Dennis and his partner. They attempted to clean the line but couldn't make it past a certain point. Dennis said he'd normally recommend a camera inspection, but because my line was full of water a camera inspection wasn't possible. The sewer line would need to be dug up. This first visit was about $100 for an hours work. <br /> I called an excavation company. They came out and said the sewer line needed to be located, he called Greenwood back out to do the locate. They sent out Mark and his partner. Mark worked to locate the line using a transmitter and some sort of receiving device. He marked the location and depth of the sewer line on my driveway. Because of the clog, they could only perform the locate so far down the line. Mark discussed the situation with the excavation company and it was decided that we should dig at the point of the clog to determine where the problem was. This visit was about $250 for two or so hours work. <br /> When the excavation company performed the dig, Mark and his partner came out again. They helped the excavation company locate the line again. It turns out that my sewer line takes a weird turn, so it took awhile for the problem area to be located. Mark worked well with the excavation company to locate the line. Once we found the problem area, the pipe was drained. Mark used his camera inspection tool to inspect the line from the problem area to my house, and from the problem area to the city line. He told me that the rest of the line looked like it was in good shape. This visit was about $450 for 3-4 hours of work. <br /> I can't say enough good things about this company, and in particular, Mark. He's exactly the type of person you hope arrives at your home when you need work performed. He explained everything throughly, worked quickly, and was very friendly and personable. Even Mark's partner, who had only been with the company for a few months, told me that he can't imagine working with anyone else. All of the folks at Greenwood that I worked with over the course of this project were either sewer line experts, or had less experience but were always being trained by Mark or Dennis. <br /> I hope that I don't ever have sewer problems again, but if I do I will actually look forward to calling Greenwood. <br />"
