I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

"We met Todd Turner of AGS at a home building show in York PA in November of 2017. We liked his presentation. He met with us in our home, answered all our questions, and sent an estimate. The company's information packet is extremely helpful. We selected our granite pieces (after much contemplation), from the company's massive selection. Precise measurements were taken by another AGS representative and we received a detailed quote and accompanying drawings. AGS representative Cindy guided us in all aspects of our purchase process (granite, sinks, faucets, etc.) The granite counter tops were installed professionally and as scheduled. The plumber completed his work the same day. A few small tweaks were required and prompt follow-up was given. "We had a good experience with GraniteWorks. We were budget-conscious and looking for good service/warranty. We ended up spending a little more than we thought, because the measure tech suggested a larger overhand than we planned and others quoted.
The selection of stone was good.
The price was standard.
The staff was very friendly and professional, both during the sales and the measure/install.
The warranty from Granite Works is not very good for time duration. (Counter Intelligence is better, but their customer service was not very good.)
GraniteWorks was responsive to phone and email.
The Installers did a great job and were very courteous. The install went according to plan and looks good.
The seams are not very visible unless you try looking for them. I had suggestions/preferences, spoke up, and they were addressed.
They followed up to make sure I was happy.
Overall, let these guys give you an estimate. They are good.

"For several years, we’ve been planning to replace our kitchen counters. When Angie’s List promoted a deal offered by Jeffress Stone, we inquired whether this was the deal we’d been looking for. And it really turned out to be, from quality of the stone to craftsmanship to value. First, Jeffress sent us photos of the stones included in the deal. When we realized we couldn’t make a decision based solely on photographs, Jeffress arranged for us to visit their warehouse, where we were treated graciously. But we found something we liked much more than the samples, and feared that the up-sell would bust the deal. But the added cost proved to be reasonable and fair. Both direct contacts were professional and timely. Gary arrived a few minutes early to make measurements and the template, and that process took nearly two hours. As a result, the finished stone fit perfectly. Similarly, the installation crew arrived a few minutes early, and the owner, Dave, followed close on their heels. He was present throughout the entire installation. We were especially impressed by the care with which the crew mixed caulk to match our cabinets exactly for one tricky seam. The crew took care to clean up when the job was done and to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. We’ve received several compliments on the new look in our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeffress Stone."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
