"Second Nature Home Improvement did a fantastic job for us. Owner Tommy Jones is extremely knowledgeable on all things painting and remodeling. His crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They painted all the baseboards, door facings, some walls, bedroom closets, and also repaired drywall and cracks in the walls. They covered all my furniture and cleaned up after they completed the work! They knew I had a timeline and worked hard to finish early! Such a nice and respectable crew. I highly recommend Second Nature Home Improvement!"

"1/20/26 update to review After I posted a review, I found out the bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected to the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. We STRONGLY suggest that people consider other companies for a bath remodel. Our 3-MONTH experience was very stressful. The medicine cabinet was installed too low and we were treated like we were trying to rip them off when we asked for it to be fixed. The shower leaked badly and the tub leaked severely. When the tub was repaired it was placed against the wall and there is noise when getting in and out of the tub. Rylynn refuses to deal with it. The Rylynn rep does not use the word ?sorry.?"

"They were late first day. General boss was here he never came in or was telling us what was going on when the guys arrived. Guys showed up really had no clue except for a sheet a paper with little information. They area the guys were going to work on would create huge dust I warned then earlier it would be overwhelming worse than drywall. The equipment did not even have a bag to filter fine dust so it just sprayed everywhere. Im not talking light really heavy dust everywhere. Chad refused to supply dumpster even though was on his bid paper when confronted about it he backed out of the contract. House in complete mess an everything just backed out an quit."

"I ordered kitchen cabinets from cabinets.com and couldn't be happier. The doors and drawers have dampeners as well as dovetails on both the front and rear of the drawers which is unheard of in this price range. Also, Jennifer did a wonderful job helping me with the design and provided great follow-up. Highly recommended!"
