Called Paul at 10, he was on a job but made it by 5. He confirmed the problem was a bad water, we talked over the options, and he provided an estimate. He picked up a replacement Saturday morning and was on the job by 9:15, I wrote a check for less than the estimate at 11. Checked out the job area, the only sign he had been there was the new heater.
