We could not be more pleased with our new windows and doors. Our old drafty windows/doors are gone, replaced by beautiful Pro Via windows and doors that are so easy to clean and operate. Brendan, Josimar, and Marcelo did a great installation job. They are expert installers and kept everything clean at the end of each day. Brendan is also an excellent project foreman, he explained what would happen each day and made sure that we were happy throughout the process. This is our second major project using Couto (roof in 2020) and they have exceeded our expectations both times. They always answer the phone, always return calls, and always communicate any updates. "He came out and checked the roof. Though it is a 35 year old roof, with respect to what its lifespan should be, he noted that it is looking a bit older even though it is only about 25 years old. He said that in a few more years it will be time to replace it. Other than that, there were no major problems to report. So even though it is not good news that I will have to replace it in a few years, I did not get the impression that he was trying to see me one. If I needed a roof I would certainly take an estimate from him."
