"He came out and checked the roof. Though it is a 35 year old roof, with respect to what its lifespan should be, he noted that it is looking a bit older even though it is only about 25 years old. He said that in a few more years it will be time to replace it. Other than that, there were no major problems to report. So even though it is not good news that I will have to replace it in a few years, I did not get the impression that he was trying to see me one. If I needed a roof I would certainly take an estimate from him."

"The roof on a detached oversized 2-car + garage was in desperate need of complete tear-off and replacement. The job was quoted at a reasonable price and comparable to others contacted. Much to my surprise, the job was scheduled and completed within 1 day of accepting the quote!! Once the roof was torn off it was evident that the deck needed complete repair/covering. This was quoted on the spot at what Mical said was discounting the materials, although this added nearly $2k more to the project. What was to be a half day job turned into OT. The crew worked from early morning until late evening to finish the job in one day! We are satisfied with the outcome and would recommend this contractor to others. The owner and crew were very nice to work with!"
