He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Also Joyce, the office coordinator, was awesome and we had a text thread going with her and Avi the whole time. All the permits were obtained in the proper manner and everything was done according to safety regulations. "The work went fast and quicker than planned. A very efficient crew showed up the first day and did preparation work. This consisted of moving furniture, laying paper covering on the floor, covering all furniture in the center of the room with plastic and taping everything so that it was secure. They even had time to start painting. Work continued through the second day and was completed the third day ahead of schedule. The crew then cleaned up the coverings and moved all the furniture back into place. The painters were professional and hard working. I am very pleased with the outcome.
