We chatted about the pool, I sent him a couple pics of the pool and mechanicals. He provided a very fair quote right away. Based on his timeliness and professionalism, we scheduled the job. William and his crew arrived on time the next day and got right to work. Efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked on the door to ask any questions he had during the closing. Start to finish, he and his crew had the pool drained, lines cleared, plumbing winterized and covers in place - all in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me all day! "Steve Gavin, the owner came out and provided me with a great price that was inclusive of the entire scope of the project. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"
