The gentleman that was hired to take care of the Design Deals did not do his job properly if at all. "the guys from Precision came to the house and spent time doing some investigation. they determined that it was not the irrigation system after all. Is actually main line into the house. Amazing thing is they didn't even charge us. We'll be having them back in the spring for a full estimate to get the system working correctly. (former owner had terrible install) Super nice guys, polite and knowledgeable."

"I started using Perez Irrigation last year and found they were very helpful with a couple of repairs and winterizing my system. During the winter I had an invisible fence installed and it turns out that the irrigation system was installed improperly by the original builder - when Perez came out to start up my system, the pipes had been damaged in 10 locations causing leaks from burying the cable. Perez did an amazing job doing all the repairs, replacing 2 sprinkler heads and getting the system up and going for an extremely reasonable price and got my system up and going.
