Charles showed up on the agreed upon dates and completed the repair of several small cracks along drywall seams in the house, fixed a bad previous popcorn patch job from a lighting fixture installation and painted all repaired areas. Greatly appreciate this service."

When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."
