"I had a tenant destroy one of my properties...from the inside, out. MyJennyAngel was a true God send!!! I had an extensive punch list in order to get some things completed...basically readying the house for my next tenant. They rehung doors, added hardware, set up new doors, hung blinds, hung new mirrors, replaced new exhaust fans in both bathrooms, installed a new dishwasher, chalking, replaced water fixers for the refrigerator and the washer, rebuilt the bottom of all cabinets within both bathrooms and the kitchen, and repaired some soffits, etc. There was some more protests as well. Not only Sam showed up on time and gave us an estimate on the spot, but with very reasonable estimate, we had gotten two other estimates and they were both higher and did not respond when they were supposed to. Not only Best Performance Roofing were lower then other estimates, they included lot more work then other companies( like replacing chimney wood, extra plywood, painting side of the house, redoing our Porch ceiling etc…) subcontractors did an excellent job redoing ceiling work. Sam and their team were very knowledgeable and did an excellent work. We are happy with how great our roof looks, our neighbors can’t stop complimenting on our roof every time they pass by.
