He spoke with me to determine the best course of action for a major kitchen repair. He presented numerous options that I hadn't thought of. We agreed on a plan and a price and he began work almost immediately. Every phase of the project went smoothly. He constantly check and double-checked to ensure everything was exactly as planned and to my satisfaction. He brought up options throughout the project as they came up and always kept all work and storage areas clean and organized. He maintains a network of like-minded, skilled professionals for specific skills such as granite countertops, painting etc. The project was completed very quickly and looks and performs significantly better than before. "Excellent end to end service--from planning through execution. Eddie assisted in our planning and provided written estimates within 24 hours (a major shortcoming of other companies we interviewed). He met all his commitments, managed our expectations on timelines so we knew what was coming, and made adjustments along the way as needed. His crews were on time, easy to work with, respectful of our time, and extremely competent. We have no concerns about the quality of this work. This was not a simple project and Vince managed the daily planning of deliveries, coordination work crews, and even helped us with stuff around the house.
