"The bathroom remodeling was a remarkable transformation, turning our outdated space into a luxurious retreat. We're enamored with the sleek, modern design that enhances our daily routines with elegance and comfort."

"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. Great team who does great work and I will absolutely be giving Waters Construction a call for any and all future home renovations. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking."

My office has provided design and architecture services for the past 20+ years throughout the Bay Area. I engage many different project scales, from interior renovations, to small additions, to entirely new homes and sites.\n\nI enjoy collaborating closely with clients to shape their initial goals and needs into a design concept, which helps to guide the project from start to finish. By using plan diagrams, design options explored in 3D, and reference images, we can quickly test different ideas and resolve the look and feel of your project.\n\nI especially enjoy projects that respond to the specifics of each building or site, and strive to creating meaningful connections between indoor and outdoor environments. Regardless of project size, I strive to exceed client expectation and provide complete and professional services from project start, to permitting and on to the construction phase.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Excellent. The designer , Scott was wonderful. I couldn't have been sent a better designer. He listened to our wants and needs and worked with us in selecting the best shades for the various rooms. Brian , the installer was just as good, and made sure to check every shade before he left. He even trained us and made sure we had the app available on our phones and iPads and the apps were working. Would use them again, and again. , if I had more homes or windows."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
