"Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"We had inspections and estimates from four highly rated companies appearing on Angle's list and on other sites. Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas. However, Paragon stood out from the others by virtue of the thoroughness of the initial inspection, including dozens of photographs from the exterior and interior (attic), and the care with which the proposed work (both foreseen and potential) was explained, described, and justified. Moreover, once the line of communication was established at the first visit, Mauricio remained available via email, text, and phone for any and all follow-up questions and concerns. The open communication continued through the scheduling, completion, and follow through of the project. Periodic updates, with step-by-step photos, were provided during the work. Such openness was very much appreciated in this situation where the end project was much more involved than originally thought. We had been advised in advance of what we could expect, so no really unanticipated situations arose. Working around the weather, the job was completed on Easter weekend, approximately a day and a half on site, and from our perspective the crew was careful, professional, and efficient. Care was taken to protect the property, and the clean up was very good. Everything went exactly as promised, and because the whole roofing "system" was installed by certified personnel, both a manufacturer's warranty and Paragon's guarantee will apply. "This was a significnat project as we added insulation to the floor or our finished attic and also the ceiling of our garage. The insulation was blown in by cutting holes in the attic flor and garage ceiling. Overall, we were very pleased wih the job.  After the initial installation, we found that a few areas had been mised - we used a thermal camera to see those areas.  The Mark Group was incredibly responsive and came back and remedied the areas that were missed. There were no addiitonal charges for this work either. We  notice and immediate improvement in the warmth of the house. I would highly recommend them for any considering a project like this.
