He took care with his equipment, acted professionally, asked questions and listened well, and took great care with his ladder to be gentle with our house. "Sean was great. He started with the chimney for an old wood-burning cookstove that we don't use that often. We bought the house fairly recently and did not know where the clean out door was for that chimney. Sean was very patient and thorough in checking out the crawlspace beneath the house (no clean out door there!) and kept looking until he found it in a cut out in the wall in a room behind the kitchen and did the cleaning.
