"<p>Project took 4 days.  Days: 1) Diamond grit, prep repair  2) Primer  3) Body coat-epoxy  4) Polyurea coating.  Epoxy is 36 ml thick and is 100% epoxy with no added fillers.  Crevices in floor were repaired and troweled with epoxy.  They coated up the wall at no extra charge and brought their own generator and HVAC.  The workmen were extremely polite and kept me informed at all times. They are an absolutely outstanding company and a complete pleasure to work with.  They have done work for Saints Stadium, Boston Scientific, Mall of America and U of M.  BBB gives them an A+ rating with no complaints. </p>"

"In the spring of 2015 we received hail damage from a storm. We filed an insurance claim and began looking for a reputable contractor. Our neighbor recommended and guy that was recommended to them by a friend, as being one of the best in the business and knowing his trade. That guy was MIKE WALK with Over Under Construction. Mike showed up on time, knew what he was talking about and didn't make us feel pressured to do anything. He was there for the Insurance inspection, on time again, and went well out of his way to help us through out the process. He explained everything clearly and had the math down to the dollar. The work that was performed was speedy and spectacular. We continue to constantly get comments from our neighbors and strangers as to the quality of work and how beautiful the house is. Mike stopped by periodically through out the repair process to make sure everything was going as planned. also the siding workers were very nice and polite and also on time and worked well into the evening. "<p>When Linda came out to see our yard (a small South Minneapolis one), prior to providing a quote, we showed her the plans from the original landscaping job and said we were trying to get back to something as close to this as possible.  She declined to take the plans with her to assist in preparing her quote.  We mentioned that the old mulch would need to be taken out, and she said she would instead cover it with landscaping tarp and put the new mulch over it.  We pointed out that, because of wear and tear from our dogs, the old mulch would need to be leveled out if it was to be left under the new mulch.  The old mulch was not leveled out, and when I called her to complain she came over with the contract in hand, stated that she did not remember ever discussing leveling the old mulch, and that it was not in the contract and so was not something she had agreed to do.  She did do a minor fix on a small corner of the yard, but overall the new mulch was just spread over the old mulch as it was.  </p> <p>The yard has a rock border as well as a line of rocks in the middle of the yard.  The rocks in the middle of the yard were moved and replaced after the landscaping tarp and new mulch had been put down, but the rocks on the borders of the yard were simply covered over with landscaping tarp and mulch with a few rocks pulled from beneath to hold the tarp down.  The result was, to us, a very sloppy looking border that we have reworked ourselves over the course of the summer.</p> <p>The landscaping tarp that was put down under the mulch is of two different colors (grey and black) and might be of two different qualities although that is hard to say for sure.  We had mentioned a concern with the dogs running in the yard, and Linda assured us that the tarp would be held in place with landscape staples.  To us, these staples appear to have been placed very few and far between.</p> <p>Given the price that was charged, we expected a much more finished looking result than was provided.  While our primary objective of cleaning up what had become an eyesore was accomplished with the removal of the weeds and the laying down of new mulch, we would describe the overall job that was done in one word: sloppy.</p> <br />"

"The construction season was off to a late start due to a late spring. I was originally referred to other companies - many of whom didn't even bother to return my call. I called Mork Well and they actually answered the phone. I also had a bid for the work in very short order. I had the pleasure of working with Jodi and Ron who were both very helpful. Due to a small lot size and many setback requirements, we had no legal options for installing a new well. Ron worked closely with the state Department of Health to coordinate a variance so the new well could be installed. I would highly recommend Mork Well and would use them again without hesitation. Only one minor suggestion for Mork would be to better describe the condition the yard may be in after the well is drilled. They did disclose there would be damage, which I expected. Rutting and damage will happen when you run a drilling rig, which probably weights 12k pounds, across the yard. However, with this being the first well construction I've needed, I didn't realize what a mess is caused by the drilled materials. This is just part of the normal well drilling process and has nothing to do with how Mork performs their work. It would have just been another "value add" to prepare me for the mess well drilling causes."
